My Story
William (Bill) Bowe is a dedicated real estate professional and Appraiser Trainee with a strong background in residential, land, investment, and commercial real estate. With over 10 years of experience as a licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson, Bill has developed a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics, property analysis, client relations, and real estate transactions throughout Texas. His broad exposure to various property types and transaction structures provides a strong foundation as he continues advancing his career in the appraisal profession.
Bill has successfully maintained an average annual sales volume exceeding $4 million while gaining valuable experience in property management, buyer and seller representation, investment analysis, and market research. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail. His experience includes conducting comparable market analyses, reviewing MLS and public record data, evaluating market trends, coordinating transactions, and assisting clients through complex real estate decisions.
Currently serving as an Appraiser Trainee, Bill has completed over 200 hours of qualifying appraisal education and is actively pursuing advanced valuation expertise under licensed supervision. His training focuses on developing competency in appraisal methodology, market analysis, highest and best use analysis, and the preparation of credible and well-supported appraisal reports. His prior real estate experience, combined with his analytical skillset and strong work ethic, allows him to provide meaningful support throughout the appraisal process.
Bill is committed to delivering dependable service, maintaining professional integrity, and continuing his growth within the valuation industry. His long-term goal is to earn a State Certified General Appraisers license, and further expand his expertise across a wide range of property types while serving clients with accuracy, professionalism, and market knowledge.
Outside of work, Bill enjoys spending time with his family, attending his children’s sporting events, and, when time allows, spending a day on the golf course.
