Elizabeth M. Austin

Elizabeth M. Austin was born in Floresville, Texas, and attended high school in Karnes City, Texas. She has been active in the real estate appraisal profession since 2021, with primary market experience concentrated in Victoria County and additional exposure throughout DeWitt, Calhoun, Lavaca, Gonzales, Fayette, Jackson, and Goliad Counties. Her work has included a range of residential and rural assignments, often within markets where comparable data can be limited, requiring careful analysis and, where appropriate, paired-sale techniques to support credible conclusions.

 

Throughout her career, Mrs. Austin has worked under the supervision and guidance of Certified General Appraisers, where a strong emphasis on accuracy, consistency, and adherence to professional standards has been instilled. While she continues to expand her experience with more complex assignments, she approaches each appraisal with diligence, transparency, and a commitment to producing well-supported results that meet both client expectations and industry requirements. To date, her work has primarily involved lender and AMC-related assignments, providing her with a solid foundation in client communication, turnaround expectations, and compliance standards.

 

Known as a people-oriented professional, Mrs. Austin places a high value on listening to clients and fully understanding assignment conditions and client needs in order to deliver accurate, reliable appraisal results. She believes that trust, professionalism, and clear communication are essential to long-term success in the appraisal profession.

 

Outside of appraisal work, Mrs. Austin has a strong creative background and wide-ranging interests. She is passionate about singing music and recorded an album in 2015, an achievement she considers both challenging and deeply rewarding, with her music now available on major streaming platforms. She also enjoys creating and designing, including personally designing and drafting her family home. Above all, family is her highest priority. She and her husband of over 26 years, Parish, are proud parents to three sons—Gavin, Landon, and Brodie.

 

She comes from a strong military family background. Her husband previously served in the United States Army, and her eldest son, Gavin, recently completed his service in the United States Air Force.
